On-line Appointments

Patients can now book appointments on line up to two weeks in advance with both doctors and nurses.  Please click on the link below

If you would like help to stop smoking we offer a comprehensive service to help you.  This is available for patients and non-patients.  Please call reception to find out more.

Appointments

Carters Green Medical Centre has a good choice of appointments with male and female doctors and nurses. Appointments are available on the same day and in advance. 

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery to cancel.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Test Results

If you are telephoning for a result please telephone between 11.00am and 3.30pm.
